FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

POSITION: Finance and Operations Manager
REPORTS TO: Deputy CEO / Director of Operations
CONTRACT: Full-time/Permanent
LOCATION: Our national office is based at Tallaght in south Dublin.

model for the foreseeable future, subject to review based on
organisational needs

JOB PURPOSE

The Finance and Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring that
the organisation achieves the ambitions of our Strategic Plan **Apply

manage a highimpact and effective team within Early Childhood Ireland,
which is responsible for the management of all finance, operations,
facilities, and ICT related functions in the organisation. In their
pivotal role within the operations team, they will ensure strong
collaboration and clear communication within the finance team as well
as across the organisation, which are key to drive alignment on
objectives and to achieve outstanding financial results.

To succeed in this role, the post-holder will need to be a confident
leader, with a proven ability to engage with internal and external
stakeholders at all levels. They will be forward thinking and
impact-focused and have demonstrable management experience.
